He is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 18 years of extensive experience in the realms of Management Reporting and Accounting, Transaction Advisory, Initial Public Offering (IPO), Treasury Management, Audit & Assurance, as well as Process Development and Implementation, including Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Compliances.
Having contributed expertise to notable organizations such as Capgemini (formerly known as Patni Computers), Course5 Intelligence Limited, Hindustan Foods Limited, and Malpani & Associates, he has played a pivotal role in assisting companies in achieving diverse objectives, including capital raising, IPO filings, profit and cost optimization, ensuring statutory compliance, and designing and implementing efficient processes.
Vinod Narayanan

Vinod brings a strategic and results-oriented approach to TCA. With an impressive background in Analytics, Banking and Financial Services (BFS) domains.
He is an accomplished Senior Executive with over 18 years of expertise encompassing Operational Risk, Project Management, Business Re-engineering, due diligence, and the oversight of intricate outsourcing processes.
Holding Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) Certification, he has successfully led and managed Business Process Re-engineering projects for global clients. His extensive background spans the Wholesale, Retail, and Commercial Banking sectors, both in industry and consulting, with a primary focus on change programs that include digital and operations transformation. Renowned for his proficiency in Operational Risk Management, he excels in developing enterprise-level value and optimizing business processes, effectively translating business value into compelling, high-impact propositions.
Tanay Sheth

As an expert in Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliances, Transaction Advisory Services, encompassing the preparation of DRHP for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Management accounting and assurance, as well as Statutory Compliances.
A Chartered Accountant boasting a decade of professional expertise primarily in Indirect taxes and Transaction advisory, including extensive experience in handling IPO filings. He has a distinguished career, having been affiliated with the esteemed CA firm NMH & Co. and contributing significantly to Course5 Intelligence Limited. Renowned for his expert grasp of the impact of GST on various industries, he excels in conducting thorough GST health check-ups, successfully completing assessments for large enterprises.
